Most people probably start with a CBD dose that is too low or they have too high of expectations for what a low dose of CBD can achieve. For example, 10 milligrams taken one time is probably not enough to feel a noticeable change in mood or stress levels. Based on the latest research, at least 1,500 milligrams of CBD taken at one time is considered a tolerable “high” dose. A mid-range dose of CBD would then fall between 300-600mg milligrams and a “low” dose would be around 100 milligrams. A “microdose” of CBD could be considered 50 milligrams or less.
